The app is free to download. We charge a one-time 2.5% service fee on transactions. No pickup fees, no processing fees, no hidden charges.

Every device undergoes NIST SP 800-88 compliant data destruction. You receive a tamper-proof certificate of destruction as proof your data was permanently erased.

Once your device is received and processed, funds are sent to your preferred method — direct deposit, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and more. Payouts happen in days, not weeks.

Your device goes directly from your door to a certified processing facility. No brokers, no middlemen, no unnecessary handoffs. One pickup, one destination, full accountability.

Probably not. Even damaged or outdated devices contain recoverable materials and components. You'll still receive a quote based on what can be salvaged.
